# For admins

Admin surfaces in Caliber: Home, Insights, Teams, Practitioners, Code attribution, Settings.

This page is a map of **generally available** admin surfaces. It is not a full UI walkthrough.

{% hint style="info" %}
Some product areas (Budget, Company Brain, Agents, Abusive screening) are entitlement- or staff-gated. If you do not see them, ask your Caliber contact. Do not assume every screenshot in a sales deck is on by default.
{% endhint %}

## Home

Org (or team-lens) spend, AI users, action hub, and related coaching signals. Members never see org Home.

## Insights

Deeper spend and tool analytics (including dormant / frontier cuts where enabled).

## Teams and Practitioners

Team list and team detail; people directory and person pages (usage, habit, **API key inventory** on the person page when Anthropic inventory is connected).

## Code attribution

**Org admin only.** Percent AI-assisted lines from Caliber Code notes synced via GitHub. Methodology: [How the numbers are calculated](/using-caliber/how-the-numbers-are-calculated.md).

## Settings

* **General:** seat prices, notification channels, headcount-related prefs
* **Members:** invites (`admin` / `member`; team-lead invites are team-scoped)
* **Integrations:** provider catalog

## Alerts

Configure channels and understand alert types on [Alerts and notifications](/using-caliber/alerts-and-notifications.md). There is no separate primary nav item named Alerts in current product UI; channel setup lives under Settings.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.trycaliber.ai/using-caliber/for-admins.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
