# Offboarding and data deletion

Remove members, disconnect integrations, rotate tokens, uninstall agents, request deletion.

## Remove a person

Admins manage membership under **Settings → Members**. Removing membership stops dashboard access for that user. Historical usage rows already synced may remain for org reporting until your retention / deletion process runs.

## Disconnect an integration

**Settings → Integrations** → disconnect or remove credentials for that provider. Scheduled sync for that source stops. Historical imported metrics typically remain until deleted as part of an org-level request.

## Rotate or revoke ingest tokens

Under **Caliber Analysis (MDM)** (and Claude Team station-plugin mint flows), generate a new org ingest token and update MDM/scripts. Treat old tokens as compromised if they left your control.

## Uninstall fleet / plugin agents

* Remove the MDM policy or package that runs the Caliber installers
* Uninstall Caliber Code / Analysis components per the MDM guide
* Remove the Analysis plugin for self-serve installs ([Self-serve install](/caliber-station-plugin/self-serve-install.md))

## Delete org data

Contact Caliber support (see [Support](/trust/support.md)) to request organization data deletion. Include org name, admin email, and whether device tokens must be invalidated immediately.
